Balear Online is increasingly expanding to more countries and serving businesses within the European Union. As some may already know, we are collaborating with agencies in the United Kingdom and Germany, as well as securing our own clients in various European countries. This time, we can confirm that the first project for a fast food restaurant in Lithuania has been successfully delivered.
OK Korean Chicken
The restaurant OK Korean Chicken, located in Kaunas, the second-largest city in Lithuania, has been warmly welcomed by local residents. From its early days, platforms like Wolt have experienced a steady flow of orders. Observing its rapid growth, the restaurant owners decided to go beyond conventional mobile applications. Now, in addition to being present on major platforms, the restaurant offers its customers the option to order directly through its own website for home delivery. Developed by the Balear Online team, the platform features an efficient system for home delivery and restaurant pickup in a Fast Stop style. It is already receiving the first orders, and our commitment is to continue improving it and providing support for at least the next three years. In addition, our manager, Alex Tamkevicius, who speaks both Lithuanian and English fluently, will provide consulting services and assist the restaurant’s marketing team in maximizing the potential of this website.
Personalized support from Balear Online: Beyond borders
We are extremely pleased to begin working in the Baltic countries, a region experiencing significant growth. Although Balear Online will not have physical offices or customer service phone lines in these countries at the moment, we will provide technical support via chat and email in Lithuanian and English. Considering the circumstances, especially those caused by the pandemic, we have plans for 2022 to open an office and hire local staff in Lithuania. This will allow us to address any inquiries instantly, with a close-knit team within the same city. Additionally, we are exploring the possibility of opening a Balear Online office in Lithuania in the near future.
Specialized consulting for ongoing success
Our manager, Alex Tamkevicius, who speaks Lithuanian, Spanish, and English fluently, will be offering consultations and providing support to the restaurant’s marketing team. His expertise will ensure they make the most of the new website, thereby contributing to the ongoing success of “OK Korean Chicken” in Kaunas.
At Balear Online, we are excited about this new chapter in Lithuania and eager to continue expanding our operations and strengthening our international relationships.
